Recipe: Apple & Banana Smoothie

Haaai! Abis lari pagi nih di Velodrome sama grup2an 😜😜
Capek juga yak 😅😅
Abis nongkrong bentar di McD, caw deh!

Tapi kok gue masih laper yak? Asa ada yang kurang, padahal udah sarapan..

Gue pun mikir-mikir, enaknya makan apaan yak? Takut nimbun banyak kalori & lemak lagi gue. Gue pun liat-liat isi kulkas gue. Ada yogurt, apel, pisang. Ah! Gue ada ide! Jadilah gue buat Apple & Banana Smoothie!

Bahan:
-apel 2 buah
-pisang cavendish ukuran sedang
yogurt 1 cup rasa apa aja
-es batu (optional)
-bubuk kayu manis (optional)

Cara:
-potong-potong apel & pisang
-masukkan ke blender
-tambahkan yogurt & bubuk kayu manis
-tambahkan air & es batu sesuai selera
-jadi deh!
